Accucheck Compact glucose meter has 300-value memory with time, date, and 7-day averaging. It has an underdosing detection and built-in strip quality control, that help assure maximum safety and efficacy. Provides diabetes management capabilities. Data can be downloaded to a computer, or "beamed" through infrared technology into a personal digital assistant (PDA) with optional AccuCheck Pocket Compass or the Diabetes Assistant software. Accucheck Compact glucometer uses Accu-chek test strips that are "preferred" on most health insurance plans, which means that your out-of-pocket costs are the lowest available.
